Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in Wilmington, Ohio. The role focuses on patient evaluations and delivering and documenting therapy services per the plan of care and physician orders.

Minimum requirements include current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Ohio, CPR if applicable, and the ability to meet federal, state and local requirements. Prior PT experience is preferred, and candidates must be at least 18.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice (Ohio).
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
