Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and execute comprehensive patient care plans in acute care settings. This role requires coordinating with medical teams, supervising PTAs and support staff, and ensuring accurate documentation for billing and compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid state license, BLS certification, and up-to-date knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of PT experience; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Valid state license and BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and support patient mobility.
• ABPTS certification may be required.
