The role involves supervising PTAs and support staff, ensuring accurate billing within facility guidelines, and maintaining compliance with state PT regulations. Collaboration with physicians is essential to coordinate care and adjust care plans based on patient progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of PT experience; 1 year preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Current BLS certification and state-specific license.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods.
