Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver skilled therapy in patients' homes across a 60-mile radius around Albuquerque, NM. Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with mileage reimbursement between visits and a flexible travel schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by APTA.
• Active State License required.
• BLS certification may be needed.
