Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Lacey, Washington. The role involves evaluating patients, designing and implementing PT plans of care, and coordinating with the healthcare team to achieve rehabilitation goals.

The position runs for 13 weeks at 40 hours per week with day shifts. Requirements include a PT doctorate or a PT bachelor’s with NPTE, licensure, CPR, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE
• Graduated from an accredited school
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Current state licensure as PT or in process
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer treatment programs with goals aligned to patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families.
• Develop plans of care and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
