Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Ukiah, California. The role requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a DPT with NPTE, plus at least one year of experience and an active PT license or licensure in progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs and adjusts care to meet goals of treatment.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
