Job summary

You will develop personalized rehab plans, implement therapy techniques, monitor progress, and document outcomes while collaborating with healthcare professionals and educating patients and caregivers. Emphasis on safety, infection control, and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations and current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to perform manual tasks, move equipment, and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, implement therapy, monitor progress, collaborate with team members, educate patients, ensure safety, and maintain documentation.
