Job summary

The role requires a PT degree (APTA-approved), active licensure, and 1+ year LTC/SNF/TCU experience. BLS may be required; travel and flexible contracts are offered with strong recruiter support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program.
• Active state licensure required.
• Minimum 1+ years in LTC/SNF/TCU settings.
• BLS certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients in SNF settings.
• Provide therapy for injuries and chronic conditions.
• Maintain documentation and follow facility protocols.
• Potentially float to other facilities as needed.
• Work Monday to Friday with occasional weekends and extra hours.
