Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist in Berkeley, CA to join a SNF rehabilitation team for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP. This role offers 36 hours guaranteed with weekly pay in the $2,203–$2,448 range.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the rehab team while educating patients and caregivers to support optimal recovery.

Qualifications

• Active PT license required.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Current BLS (if required).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
