Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a Physical Therapist for a contract role in California (SNF). Travel or permanent options are available with 36 hours per week, starting ASAP at the CA 94952 facility.

You will evaluate and treat SNF residents, develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function, perform reassessments, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes. Education for patients and caregivers is included.

Qualifications

• Evaluate and treat SNF residents requiring physical therapy services
