Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist with active license or in process for Florida licensure.
• Graduate from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services.
• Provide direct patient care and establish treatment programs.
• Document patient condition and educate patient and families.
• Collaborate with disciplines to plan and evaluate goals.
