Centra Healthcare Allied seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in Modesto, California. This SNF/LTC setting requires a PT to start ASAP for a 13-week period, working 40 hours per week with day shifts.

Must be a graduate of an accredited program with an active or pending state PT license, able to develop care plans and provide skilled PT services per physician orders, collaborating with the care team.
