Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Dickinson, North Dakota. This full-time contract offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and support from SHC throughout the assignment.

Candidates must hold North Dakota PT licensure, BLS, and have at least 1 year of PT experience, with SNF experience preferred. Weekly pay ranges from $2,288 to $2,455, with additional benefits and travel support provided by SHC.

Qualifications

• Active North Dakota Physical Therapist License required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility.
• Provide PT assessments, treatments, and documentation in collaboration with care teams.
