Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Responsibilities

• Provide travel PT services to SNF patients to aid recovery and manage chronic conditions
• Deliver care per assignment across facilities and care teams
• Collaborate with facility staff to optimize patient outcomes
