Job summary

National Staffing Solutions-MSP is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to join a SNF team on a 13-week contract with the potential extension. Start ASAP, schedule 5x8 days, and 40 hours per week with benefits and a tax-free stipend potential.

Responsibilities include patient evaluation, treatment planning, exercising instruction, and accurate documentation to support ongoing patient progress. Licensure, DPT, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ condition(s), developing individual treatment plans, and assisting your patients in getting better day by day.
• Instructing patients how to properly use exercise techniques, providing stimulation or massage and maintaining the patients’ records
