National Staffing Solutions-MSP seeks a travel Physical Therapist (SNF) for a 13-week assignment in Nashville, GA. The role is 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, starting ASAP and eligible for extension.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, teach exercises, and document progress while traveling between facilities. Requirements include graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, a valid PT license in the practice state, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ condition(s), developing individual treatment plans, and assisting your patients in getting better day by day
• Instructing patients how to properly use exercise techniques, providing stimulation or massage and maintaining the patients’ records
