National Staffing Solutions-MSP is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a Hartford, Alabama assignment. The 13-week contract offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, ASAP start, and travel-friendly terms.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, create and monitor treatment plans, teach exercises, and document progress, with Day One Medical Benefits and a tax-free stipend. Active PT license, state licensure, and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ condition(s) and developing treatment plans.
• Instructing patients on exercise techniques and maintaining records.
