CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks a Travel Physical Therapist to deliver skilled therapy services in a healthcare setting across multiple sites in New Jersey. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress.

The role focuses on geriatric and post-surgical populations, with typical 8-hour shifts and a multidisciplinary team. Travel experience is preferred, along with a valid PT license and BLS certification. Housing options may be provided.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
• Valid or eligible Physical Therapy license is required.
• SNF experience is preferred.
• Travel experience and BLS certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
