Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The role requires a valid PT license, BLS, and the ability to deliver patient-centered care in a travel setting with 40 hours per week and eight-hour shifts.

Ideal candidates may hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and have clinical experience; new grads are welcome to apply. Pain relief, mobility improvement, and quality patient care are the core goals of this assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations and treatment need.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain physical therapy equipment safely.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
