Job summary

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Rolla, Missouri.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience (6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates) and must hold BLS and state-specific licensing. Responsibilities include supervising PTAs and documenting care according to facility guidelines, with collaboration across Medical Center staff to ensure safe, effective plans of care and timely adaptations as patient needs change.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience; 6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates.
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods; knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the respective setting and follow facility guidelines.
• Comply with each state's PT board rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with Medical Center personnel and physicians on care plan.
• Understand adaptive equipment and evaluate/create a plan of care.
• Modify plan based on patient condition and document promptly.
