Qualifications

• NPTE passed and state licensure active or in process
• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Current CPR certification
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy interventions based on physician orders.
• Document patient progress and modify plans as needed to achieve outcomes.
