Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled rehabilitation services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility standards. The PT will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering hands‑on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and independence.

Responsibilities
