This inpatient rehabilitation (IRF) role involves evaluating patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic surgery, and more, with an emphasis on goal‑oriented recovery. You’ll perform assessments, develop plans, supervise PTAs, document in EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Active PT license in practicing state.
• Inpatient rehab or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in a team-based, high-intensity therapy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in care planning meetings and discharge planning.

Physical Therapist (PT) - Inpatient Rehabilitation (IRF)

We are seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join an inpatient rehabilitation team focused on intensive, goal-oriented recovery. This role provides the opportunity to work with patients recovering from stroke, traumatic injury, neurological conditions, orthopedic surgery, and other complex medical diagnoses.

The PT will perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility, improving functional independence, and preparing patients for safe discharge home or to the next level of care. This setting requires strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
