• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in discharge planning and provide recommendations for continued therapy services.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional treatment environment.
