Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a licensed, patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a travel program in Pennington, New Jersey. This role offers the flexibility to work in a variety of clinical environments based on your experience, preferences, and career goals.

Opportunities are available for both travel and local contracts; new graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. Schedule is full-time with 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active (or pending) state Physical Therapy license.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term outcomes.
• Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards.
