Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a 13-week travel Physical Therapist in Murray, KY to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and reduce pain. You will develop personalized treatment plans, operate therapy equipment, monitor progress, and collaborate with the healthcare team for safe discharge planning and quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients using standardized tests and clinical examinations.
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
  • Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal care.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention.
  • Engage in professional development and quality assurance activities.
  • Assist with discharge planning for patient transitions.
  • Perform additional duties within scope of practice as needed.
