Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE passed.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum of one year’s experience.
• Current state license or in the process of licensure as PT.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in therapy methods.
• Develop care plans and collaborate with other disciplines to meet therapy goals.
