Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient assignments across various facilities. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and directing therapy services under physician orders.

Responsibilities include documentation, inter-professional communication, and supervising PT aides. Travel ability and a Vibra-approved BLS certification are required.

Formación

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• Current, valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Minimum 1 year of PT experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and direct Physical Therapy services including assessment, treatment, planning and implementation.
• Document therapies and communicate with the care team.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs.
