Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient assignment in Conifer, Colorado. The 13-week contract calls for 36 hours per week with a 12-hour shift and an ASAP start.

The clinician will evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, document care, and ensure services follow physician orders and insurance approvals. Participate in student programs and maintain licensure while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• DPT or Physical Therapy degree from an accredited school.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Active and applicable state license for practicing physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans.
• Document care clearly, concisely, accurate, and timely.
• Ensure care is provided under signed physician orders and within insurance approvals.
• Participate in student program as assigned, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Maintain licensure in good standing and complete state-mandated continuing education.
• Adhere to patient and employee safety protocols, including safe handling procedures.
