Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Medford, Oregon. The role requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (or a PT bachelor's with NPTE) and an active license in the state or in process, with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience.
• Current state license or in process for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals per patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in therapy methods.
• Develop care plans and collaborate with other disciplines to achieve team goals.
