Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to travel between outpatient orthopedic sites in South Carolina. You will help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and meet productivity expectations while delivering high-quality therapy services.

The role welcomes new graduates with a Doctoral/ Master's/ Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, requires an active state license and, when required, BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with degree from accredited program.
• New graduates welcome.
• Active state license required (and BLS if required).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in recovery and progress tracking.
• Adapt treatment plans and coordinate care across outpatient settings.
• Serve 12-14 patients daily with 60 visits per week; double-book follow-ups.
• Deliver therapy in diverse outpatient environments.

Outpatient Physical Therapist in a travel capacity, responsible for helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

• Responsibilities: Provide patient care, manage a patient volume of 12-14 patients daily, and meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week. Double-book follow-up visits and deliver therapy services in diverse outpatient environments.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, active state license, and BLS certification if required. New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skills & Focus: Strong clinical skills in outpatient orthopedics, ability to work independently, and excellent patient management capabilities.
