Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) The organization is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the inpatient team on a day shift schedule. The role involves assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, primarily focusing on orthopedic and sports medicine patients, in a collaborative healthcare setting. The therapist will work under general supervision to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

Job Details

• Position requires a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent qualifying degree), licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, and experience with EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Requirements include a minimum of 0 years of experience; preferred candidates have 3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience and knowledge of orthopedic surgeries and post-operative rehabilitation protocols.
• Responsibilities include performing initial and re-evaluations within the first 60 minutes, developing individualized plans of care with patient input, utilizing appropriate evaluation techniques, and providing treatment aligned with clinical procedures and equipment.
