Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Valid Texas Physical Therapy license or compact license
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Preferred Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement care for outpatient patients.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and interventions for designated patient population.
• Gather patient data, conduct assessments, and formulate measurable goals.
• Perform reassessments in line with department and regulatory policies
