TotalMed Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Plains, MT. Start 11/30/2026; duration 13 weeks; 40 hours weekly; 10-hour days.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience (6 months accepted for exceptional cases) and must hold BLS and state licensing. Travel PT role includes oversight of PTAs, billing, and collaboration with medical staff.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs, support staff (therapy technicians)
• Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility
• Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations, complying within respective state
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care
• Understand adaptive equipment
• Evaluate and create a plan of care
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition
• Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines

We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) for an immediate travel opening in Plains, MT. The right PT should have 1 year of experience; for an exceptional candidate with an appropriate background, 6 months of experience may be accepted. Read below for additional requirements.

Tasks

As a PT, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:

• Oversee supervising PTAs, support staff (therapy technicians)
