Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Springfield, Virginia, an outpatient clinic setting.

The position is a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week and a standard 8-hour shift. Schedule: Mon-Thu Noon-8 PM and Fri 10 AM-6 PM. The therapist will join an experienced outpatient team and contribute to patient care along with physicians and other clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state or in the process of licensure
• Current CPR certification is required
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals
