This Physical Therapist opportunity is based in Simpsonville, South Carolina, a welcoming and growing community in the Upstate region. The clinic is an outpatient physical therapy setting dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including post‑surgical orthopedic cases, sports injuries, acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, and work‑related injuries. A typical day includes performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, implementing therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques, and providing clear patient education on home exercise programs and injury prevention. You will document care in an electronic medical record system, coordinate with other providers when needed, and actively participate in quality and outcome initiatives.

Patient volume is designed to support both high‑quality care and an efficient schedule. You can expect a diverse caseload and opportunities to see patients across the lifespan, with a primary focus on active adults, workers, and athletes. Appointment scheduling and support staff are structured to help you stay organized and maintain appropriate patient flow throughout the day.
