Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in Augusta, GA. Job Details

• Schedule: At least two shifts from 10:00 AM7:00 PM and an 8:00 AM5:00 PM shift on Fridays. The remaining two days can be either 10:00 AM7:00 PM or 8:00 AM5:00 PM. Open to four 10-hour shifts from 8:00 AM7:00 PM. Schedule structure options include 5x8s or 4x10s. Clinic hours are MondayThursday, 8:0 AM7:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM.
• Required Qualifications: Must have outpatient physical therapy experience; minimum of 1 year preferred. Education or certifications are not specified. Candidate should be comfortable managing a diverse caseload with experience in outpatient therapy.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations is advantageous.
• Additional Information: Documentation is managed via NextGen system. Staff support includes PEC (Physical Excellence Coordinator), three aides, and two experienced physical therapist assistants. No floating requirements are anticipated. The role offers a flexible schedule, including options for 5x8s or 4x10s shifts. Dress code is business casual. The candidate will be supported by AI technology designed to generate real-time compliant clinical documentation, enhancing focus on patient care.
