Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; valid state licensure and compliance with state practice acts; compliant with continuing education requirements and professional standards.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient rehabilitation; familiarity with patient safety protocols; strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops treatment plans aligned with patient needs and discharge goals. Responsible for accurate, timely medical record documentation, including goal setting, functional assessments, and billing entries. Participates in student supervision and contributes to quality improvement initiatives. Maintains professional licensure and adheres to all safety and organizational policies.
