Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in Torrance, California. This outpatient role requires a licensed PT, CPR certification, and the ability to develop care plans and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.

The position is travel-based with a 13-week duration and 40 hours per week, shift 8 hours. Start ASAP; opportunities for housing accommodations and benefits exist; ongoing license and CEU support are noted.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT).
• CPR certification current.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.

• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
