Cross Country Allied is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic assignment in Alma, Michigan. The PT will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and educate patients and families on therapy strategies aligned with physician orders.

This 13-week travel role requires active MI PT license and BLS, is 40 hours weekly with days shifts, and may involve supervising assistants.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan PT license.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of documented work history and two supervisory reference forms within last two years.
• Permanent address must be outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Delegate responsibilities to Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
• Evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic interventions per physician orders.
