Job description

Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist in Tucson, Arizona, responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective rehabilitation aligned with physician directives.

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment goals, document medical records accurately and promptly, serve as an educator, participate in student training, and adhere to safety and professional standards.

Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, at least one year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, and willingness to work in Tucson. Must maintain licensure in good standing and follow organizational and state practice guidelines.

Skills: Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and communication skills. Flexibility to float rotation may be required.
