Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide orthopedic care in a travel setting. You will evaluate patients, design and implement treatment plans, and manage a 12-14 patient daily caseload.

Responsibilities emphasize evidence-based practice, documentation, and collaboration with patients and the care team. Must hold a Washington PT license (or eligible via PT Compact) and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active Washington PT license or eligibility with PT Compact.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and outcome measurement tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferred travel experience.

Role:

Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for providing care to orthopedic patients in a travel setting.

• Conduct patient evaluations
• develop and implement treatment plans using manual therapy, exercises, and functional movement analysis
• manage a caseload of 12-14 patients daily
• and communicate effectively with patients and team members

Work Details:

• 8-hour day shifts
• 40 hours per week
• providing outpatient therapy
• with pay rates approximately $1957.00 - $2017.00
