American Traveler, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient hospital-affiliated clinic in Georgia. The role involves evaluating and treating a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic needs, using EPIC EMR, with a 40-hour week and no weekend rotations.

The ideal candidate has an active Georgia PT license, BLS, and at least 1 year of experience. Local candidates preferred; relocation not provided. Excellent benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in Georgia required if applicable.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant physical therapy experience preferred.
• Last 4 digits of SSN and full DOB required for consideration.
• At least one professional reference dated within the past year, from a Supervisor, Manager, or Director.

Responsibilities

• Hospital-affiliated outpatient therapy clinic offering occupational, physical, and speech therapy.
• Average of 10-15 patients per day scheduled in 30-minute intervals with dovetailing.
• Complex evaluations scheduled for 1 hour; simple evaluations and treatments scheduled for 30 minutes.
• Patient population includes general orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures.
• Uses EPIC EMR.
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week with negotiable schedule options.
• No weekend rotation, on-call, or floating requirements.
• Team includes 5 therapists, 1 Lead Therapist, 1 Office Coordinator, and 2 Rehab Aides on site.
• Orientation includes New Employee Orientation (NEO) plus 5 days of departmental orientation.
• No holiday coverage requirements.
• Up to 7 days of RTO may be pre-approved if extending contract, when participating in clinical interviewing.
• Teal and black polo scrubs provided; slacks and clean shoes preferred.
• Free parking available.
• Local candidates accepted with no radius rule and same rate for Georgia facilities.
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position.
• Returning employees must be separated from any AHSE facility for at least 1 year after working a permanent position.
