Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions across diverse settings in the Glendale area.

Qualifications

• PT degree (Bachelor/Master/Doctoral) from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services with a focus on primary orthopedics.
• Manage patient care for 10–12 visits per day within an 8-hour shift.
• Coordinate care and document progress in medical records.
