Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist (Travel) to provide therapy to orthopedic patients across varied locations.

You will manage 12-14 patient visits daily with a target of 60 visits weekly, collaborating with the team and obtaining director approval for hours when needed. The role requires a PT degree from an accredited program, an active state license, and flexibility to travel.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program (Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral).
• Active state license required.
• BLS certification may be needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Manage patient volume of 12-14 per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits weekly.
• Collaborate with team and obtain director approval for OT hours if applicable.
• Assess and treat patients in outpatient orthopedic settings and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Adhere to treatment protocols and engage with diverse patient populations.
