Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Klamath Falls, Oregon. You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings while coordinating with the care team.

This travel role requires a valid PT license, BLS certification, and the ability to work 40 hours per week on days. Occasional travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• New grads welcome to apply if eligible.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehab programs.
• Perform PT interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, treatments and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with care team to optimize outcomes and ensure safety.
