ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a clinician for its internal travel programs in Phoenix, AZ. You will provide high-quality MSK care as part of a national network, with comprehensive benefits and a clear career path through ATI Launch or ATI Passport.

Responsibilities include conducting detailed assessments and creating individualized treatment plans, while collaborating with our care teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes under full-time employment.

Competenze

• Must have Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility to obtain licensure in the applying state.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred.

Explore ATI Launch

• Assignment Type: 6 or 12 month rotations with a 2-year program commitment
• Compensation: $100,000 annual salary + bonus opportunities
• Relocation Support: Yes-up to $10,000 for eligible moves
• Licensing Fee Reimbursement: Full reimbursement
• Benefits: Full-time comprehensive benefits including PTO, Be Well Days, and paid holidays
• Mentorship: Structured 4-month clinical mentorship + weekly caseload rounds
• Onboarding: First 50 onboarding program + customized ramp-up plan
• Professional Development: MSK Certificate + CEU Benefit
• Career Transition Options: Transition into Explore ATI Passport into a different market, switch to a fixed- permanent role, or join leadership track

Explore ATI Passport

• Assignment Type: Flexible assignments-choose from short-term (13+ weeks) or longer (up to 51 weeks)
• Compensation: $2,270+/week equivalent (includes tax free stipends)
• Relocation Support: Yes- $350-$750 for qualifying assignments
• Licensing Fee Reimbursement: Reimbursement up to $300
• Benefits: Full-time comprehensive benefits including PTO, Be Well Days, and paid holidays
• Mentorship: Weekly caseload rounds for ongoing support
• Onboarding: First 50 onboarding program

Responsibilities

You will be empowered to make a difference for your patients: performing detailed assessments, creating tailored treatment plans, and working side-by-side with a team of healthcare experts to deliver care that’s truly patient-centered.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state in which you are applying for role
