You will assess patients, design tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes while advancing your professional growth.

The role offers flexible assignment durations (13+ to 26 weeks), licensing fee reimbursement, external CEU support, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current license as a Physical Therapist or license eligible per state rules.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50+ miles from tax homebase for 13–26 week periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians to deliver patient-centered MSK care.
• Adapt plans based on patient progress and interdisciplinary feedback.
