Qualifications

• Valid state licensure and current BLS certification.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills; ability to perform manual tasks.
• Experience documenting clinical progress and coordinating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and diagnose to inform rehabilitation plans.
• Create and adjust rehabilitation programs to meet patient goals.
• Operate therapy equipment and administer treatments as prescribed.
• Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
