Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Owatonna, Minnesota. You will deliver direct patient care, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team on rehabilitation goals.

Travel role requires 40 hours per week, days, ASAP start, and a 35-week duration. Qualifications include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's with NPTE, state licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a plan of care for each patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans, and adjusts care to meet goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to evaluate team goals for each patient.
